In my opinion, these should be required for everyone:

- Improving Your Statistical Questions (Coursera)
Richard McElreath's Statistical Rethinking
If you really want to gain statistical expertise, put frequentist statistics aside and pick up Statistical Rethinking by Richard McElreath to learn Bayesian statistical methods.
A PDF is provided for free and the code is available online for free.
The course starts you with fundamental philosophy of science and philosophy of statistics that actually teach you how to conceptualize statistics. This is a course for people that want to understand, not just become a technician pressing buttons to get p-values.
